| Why Give?
Since its founding in 2003, the program has had zero to very limited funding. Aspira Inc. of Illinois  has generously provided classrooms rent-free, and the faculty, administrators and board members provide many hours of unpaid voluntary labor.
However, these limited resources make it very difficult for teachers to make photocopies, students to have their own books and staff to rent caps and gowns.
